Saturday’s 6pm baseball game against ETSU will be “Justin Littrell Night at Dugan Field”.
Justin is the four year old son of Ben and Julie Littrell. Julie teaches at Nashville Christian School.
He receives treatment at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital where he was diagnosed with Burkitt’s lymphoma in January.
(Burkitt's lymphoma is cancer of the lymphatic system, classified under non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.)
Lipscomb is hosting the event for Western Hills Church of Christ, one of the organizations spearheading the fundraising for Justin’s care.
Proceeds from the game will go to Justin's Fund.
If he is well enough, Justin will be throwing out the first pitch.
